FAQ'S

  • How Much is Delivery?
    On orders over £25 we do not charge delivery, if you order between £0.01 - £24.99 we charge £2.95
  • Is there a Minimum order?
    There is no Minimum order, however is you order below £25 a delivery charge will be payable of £2.95
  • Where is my tracking number?
    We send most of our parcel by Royal Mail and do not use the tracking service.
  • How quickly will I receive my order?
    We aim to ship your order as soon as possible after your order being placed. Typical timeframe to receive your order is between 3-5 working days, however, please allow 7-14 days. Some packages face delays beyond our control and once it leaves us we have no control over the delivery. Most parcels are sent by Royal Mail Second Class Post.
  • How can I contact you?
    Please email us with any queries you may have to makspatchshop@gmail.com or via the contact us page on the website. We will respond by email but please leave provide a contact telephone number as it's sometime easier for us to call you back.
  • Do you deliver to Europe?
    We don't currently deliver to Europe.
  • Do you sell to Trade?
    We do not sell to trade ourselves, however we work with a UK Pet Accessories distributor who can. For TRADE ONLY Enquiries please visit www.makauri.co.uk
  • I have ordered the wrong product, what can i do?"
    If you realise you have ordered the wrong product before you have received it, we will see if we can cancel the order before it is despatched. If you receive the wrong product as you ordered incorrectly and want to return or swap the product please contact us by email makspatchshop@gmail.com and we will let you know what to do. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your product. We do not offer free returns so the cost of return would be your responsibility. If we send you the wrong product please let us know as soon as possible by emailing makspatchshop@gmail.com
